Gone to First Direct - paid me £100 to move, brilliant service and customer services
I use AMEX Rewards card (no fee version and I got TCB to take it out) and I get 1.5% on supermarket shopping. Don't use it for anything else, use Tesco CC for that.If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -

Blimey, another day flown by....Cosmos have made me an offer but I have declined it...I posted ages ago that the prices were the same on both Tesco Rewards/Cosmos and Cosmos site, they insist they never have been, and it must have been my computer not clearing the cookies when I checked one site and then the other, but as a gesture of goodwill they will give me £100 off , making the T's vouchers worth around 1.75 times their value as opposed to the 6 times T's claims as the T's/C site is not discounted( I would have used them if they had offered to double them)...I'm still better off not using my vouchers and booking on their main site as they are discounting the holidays on there. So have decided to keep my eye on their prices and book when they drop even more...but have to say Cosmos are the cheapest for the hotel I would like, so got to be careful not to leave it too long as the rooms/flights might go.Am worn out 'googling'.... but checked my emails just now and just got a WEM...must be an omen, as I have won a bottle of Ambre Solaire in the Garnier FB comp....better than a poke in the eye and is a useful little win.
So now going to get several bottles of perfume, some frozen food, an electric toothbrush and a pair of specs for hubby and try and use up my T's vouchers on 'Double up'......time for a cuppa and watch Pointless on the telly.0 -
