you can get 2% cashback through tcb. It says 2.2% on mine, not sure if it will say the same on yours, and not sure if it is increased if you have the more than 100% tcb. Like my account shows on all purchases I get an extra 1%cb too.

It is the Dell inspiron 15 laptop, this will suit your needs. just don't add any extras.

goto TCB, or Quidco, type in dell, then go through the cashback to dell, type in inspiron 15 laptop and it should bring it up.
