This is part of the email they sent to me :

You said the vouchers scanning for £1.50 instead of £3 - that's really strange! Could you tell me, please, which Tesco you or your friends used the vouchers at? I hope it's an isolated incident, as they were certainly intended to be for the full £3, but if it isn't we'll certainly get to the bottom of it soon.
