MT - this prob won't help, but it will be costing the pub more to serve up cheap cola from a bottle than draught. I used to work in a club and the actual cost of coke syrup + carb water (which is what draught coke is) was something like 3p at the time. Can't tell you how many ltrs of coke you got from a box of syrup but it was one hell of a lot.

Pubs like that don't help themselves in the long run, customers aren't stupid and will go somewhere else.

Toddled off to A's this morning.

Started at the trolley park to see if I could womble any receipts;) but instead found a whole strip of Mr T's CS on the floor :eek:(3 off 20 and 2 off 20) happy before i walked into store.

Ended up with 60 odd items for £20 so well happy.

GYF mushroom stir in sauce 25p
Tilda boil in bag basmati rice (4 in box) 50p
Asda version of lazy ginger 50p
Asda extra special strawberry conserve 89p ( not sure if this is cheap or not)
Bertolli Arribia(sp) pasta sauce 50p
Asda pasta sauce 700g 25p

Also found tabasco jalepono sauce on RTC shelf and went through at 87p but yellow label said £1.20.

Everything else i got has been mentioned i think.

Mananged a few wombles but no biggies.

MT - it's pre chopped ginger in a jar(very small jar). I didn't actually buy it but saw it on a shelf. HTH
