I finally succumbed and went to the vet this morning as my throat ain't much better and keep getting a stabbing pain. I ain't been to the vet since Dec as hate going and remembered why. Come in, tell me whats wrong in less than 30 secs, heres your prescription now !!!!!! off and don't come back for another few months. A new thing with my doctors now is that you can only tell them about one problem per appointment:eek::eek: How ridiculous is that. It is difficult enough to get an appointment without having to go see them for each seperate thing wrong with you. I only managed to see them cos I went as an "extra". You go and sit around giving everyone your cold/flu/virus until they can be bothered to see you in between the others:cool: I am now looking for a new doctors as all the original doctors at my surgery now left and don't like any of the new ones (been going 25+ years and even though not as nr to me as some thought better the devil you know etc). Anyways I got some miracle cures and will be well again tomorrow so I can go on my hols when AH rings me:D:D

Mags your not burdening our thread with morbid moaning, we are asking so tell us what you want. I would love to see pics.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

  • MAGS Not sure if it's too soon as I say your journey and your pace and I have no experience as such but you mention your daughters birthday my thinking is you know that is going to come every year and you have to get through that day maybe you can turn it into something where you positively remember Chloe plan something relevent to her memories hopefully involving your other DD's and DH so you not alone alot of people feel the release of a balloon helps so maybe things like this can become part of a ritual that you keep special for her birhday date just might help :A

Thanks AH well 2 birthdays have already now passed me by. We do have rituals, and we released balloons at her funeral (although that was not without event, they all got stuck in the trees and I was bereft for a long time, it felt like Chloe did not want to "leave") Over time I have found peace with that and we still release balloons, lanterns, plant in her memory. Ive pretty much done it all. It offers some peace, for a time. Im quite "crafty" and take enormous pleasure from making anything with an angelic theme. Ive recently taken to doing a lot of competitions on facebook an smile at the thought that Chloe would be laughing with embarrassment at the thought of "mum doing facebook". I brought up Chloe and DD2 alone until I met my now OH when Chloe was 12. DD2 was my happy surprise from, how can I say this without sounding like a trollop, lol - a fling during the early years when I separated from Chloe's dad. For a long time it was just me, Chloe and her sister. I never imagined anyone else would ever want me and having another baby was unimaginable (at 40!) but it happened and DD3 is a treasure. Both of Chloe's sisters are but they drive me crazy too! lol DD2 is 19 and very good at it (but she does work for Unilever so occasional coupons available, lol so I will let her off) DD3 is 8 with a permanently grubby face it seems but she is adorable!

Chloe didn't find the transition from child to young woman easy and at the age of 16 began, well we all did really, what became a four year journey with anorexia/bulimia, self-harming, ocd, and confidence stripping anxieties. Chloe Marie earned her angel wings 11 August 2009 following a fatal prescription overdose. My grown up baby girl was just 20 yrs, 7months and 5 days old.
Love, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x

My alphabet-girls are with me every step of the way x

Oh mag sending you a super cyber hug that's so touching got goose bumps and teary eyes reading it must cause unimaginable pain to have any of your baby's leave before their parents. My 3 are total terrors at times but I still worry when they aren't by my side even if they are at school or with other relatives. And even the slightest tear from them does something to your insides.

Mags (((hugs))) your post brought tears to my eyes.

I cannot understand how you must feel as luckily my son is still with me and I cannot imagine life without him.

Did anyone read about the children who died in Qatar at the nursery at the mall. Two couples lost 3 children each as well as others who died. When I saw the picture of the 2 year old triplets, well, I just do not know how the parents will get through it.:(:(:(:(

Take care hun and everyone on here will support and listen to you,.
