Good luck MAG and a virtual hug from me....decluttering your thoughts on here is our 'reason d'etre'....0
-
Just read back and see Lilly needs a hug too:)...Just had a phone call from a bloke in Paris re my win...asking for some pics of me and my daughter for a 'press release':eek::eek:
Have agreed to have one of us leaving home ,( hubby will take that, my daughter has a little black sports car so will pose sitting on the bonnet)then he will take one of us at the hotel, and then at Roland Garros:eek::eek:
Good job I'lve got 3 different outfits to wear.
Serena is out now, so won't see her,( have seen her play at Wimbledon though) prob be Sharapova and Nadal and/or Andy Murray, trying to work out the schedule...the weather looks set to be perfect....0 -

Any idea where the pics are gonna be? Only 3 outfits? I'm not sure if 3 outfits are going to be enough, what happens if you spill something on one of them:eek::eek::eek: Do you get a choice of which match you watch? Tennis not my thing, will let you have the wimbledon tickets when I win them;)
Mags good luck on your ppi claim, hopefully sorting the thieving b****rs out will help you take your mind of things for a few minutes. I don't know about the others but I would love to hear about your daughter, so if you wanna talk about her then feel free and no need to worry about rambling or long posts on here. I always love reading your posts. I don't think it is that people in real life don't want to hear but that they don't know what to say.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Blue just got a nice result from Boots. The pharmacist in my local Boots refused to sell me night nurse yesterday as he said it would not help my symptoms and I had already had some recently and to go to my GP as a sore throat for 2 1/2 days was too long. I told him isn't it supposed to be for colds/flu/headaches and no I hadn't had any recently from him. I also said I wasn't going to my GP for a sore throat/cold as I would be wasting their time as there was nothing they can do. He still refused to sell me any all I got was some overpriced useless throat lozenges, so I went to another Boots and got the night nurse and beechams all in one stuff and then came home and made a complaint to Boots customer service.
I got a reply just now saying that the behaviour of the pharmacist was unacceptable and he is gonna get a telling off from them/re training:D:D and they apologised for the way I was treated and are gonna send Blue a giftcard. :j:j Hopefully it will cover the overpriced useless lozenges they sold me (£3.50):eek:
I always say I'm gonna complain about stuff but I never seem to, but yesterday I was really mad with the condesending attitude the pharmacist came across with and was determind to complain.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Thanks for this MT. Had a look in Asda this morning. Had SEL for these but space was filled with something else. Remembered the MSE mantra "always look up" and found an unopened packet on top shelf - had to do a wee bit of climbing!
MAGS - ditto what everyone else has said. Feel free to post away. Your other post really gave me a lot to think about and helped to put a few things in perspective.:):)0 -

I didn't take ANY real money to Boots:p:p:p I had £31 on my advantage card that has been on there for about 6 months so decided to use that. Anyways I got a £50 gift card from ssm as well, but want to buy something decent with that not fritter it away, but no idea what atm. If you were as sick as me yesterday then not think you could have gone as far as home bargains, but then you never get sick so you not know what sick is, you think your ill when you get a tickly throat:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
