Blue, leg not so great I have dithered about going to A&E all week. Really worried about NY as can't walk very well/or for long couldn't be going on a worse holiday as need to be on feet all day:( I can see me spending it on my own at hotel room so frustrated can't sleep well as every position seems to cos discomfort. Bruising all yellow now and fading the pain is in the shin bone still can't touch it or kneel down the swelling that was under the knee still there. But have noticed all week struggled to sit at PC and would come on and off but been able to stay on longer today so maybe its just going to be really slow recovery. Told you me jinxed, why hadn't I just booked a beach hol would be great lying on sun lounger all day:rotfl:

Just thinking if anyone was to accidently bang into my leg with a bag etc in crowded space would probs do a very uncool scream

Get a good book and get yourself down to A&E as its better to waste a few hours and find out it is ok than to worry or have to pay to go to hospital on your hols. It might be worth checking your insurance as well cos if you have to go to hospital on your hols with your leg will it be covered as it's an existing problem and with you not going to get it looked at properly it may give them an excuse not to pay out. Obv worse case etc but with the cost of treatment in America better safe than sorry;)
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

stop dithering and get yourself to A & E or docs at very least.
would be a shame if it were to ruin your hols

Definately won't be covered by Hol Ins as we had an annual policy that ran out and DH only got round to renewing it last week after accident happened:(.

Would have gone by now but worried about what they say about taking so long to go and after having the GP check who said was just bruising. Make my mind up in evening going to go then seems not too bad in morning so leave it again I am so stupid wanted to go Sat but DH said not sitting for hours at hosp so sympathetic worried he was going to miss foootie.
