Had a day of all seasons here today, woke to rain, bright and sunny at lunchtime (thank goodness as I had a boot camp session), then more rain, thunder and hail in the afternoon and sun again in the evening.

Managed to pick up a few hand soaps today - rather wish I'd been able to get a couple more but didn't want to seem to be taking the p*ss.

AH - not sure if it helps, but we stayed at the Novotel just on B'way when we went to NY the first time. No idea about current rates but it was a really good location for first timers to the city.

Took DS3 to his school he is officially starting (although the LA still not signed the contract with school) but they starting him anyway as getting ridiculous. Now taking him by train and me returning on same day vey long and tireing got to do again Fri and then Mon as Local Authority still not sorted transport:mad: but then he will stay full week, weekend and another week see how that goes.:j. So sorry guys went for something to eat then bed at 9.30 no having to get up for DS1 as his day off:j was great not having to set alarm.

We contacted the NY apart had booked, have offered to refund the card so gave card details so hopefully no loss of monies as long as they don't scam the card now:eek:, and M4RKM on Aesop link thread helping us get something else sorted so fingers crossed will all be sorted soon will be a sigh of relief.

Now to catch up

AH good luck on getting your holiday dosh back. Not read all the details as need to catch up but hopefully you will have it sorted soon. I hope the LA sort out the transport soon. I forwarded you an email the other day for the pull ups but wasn't sure if it was your email addy, so I've printed the coupons and will post today. I have one coming by post as well. It prints 2 and it needs SA input, but a bit of dosh of your shopping if you buy in Asda. I didn't get the sample and when I tried again it came up as an error when I pressed submit for my details.

Fantastic news AH. All good then. If you are worried about your card, call the cc company and they will monitor for behaviour for you.
