Morning all glad all your big l2s vouchers coming at last. I got big box today full of 1 months supply of Jordan products yum won comp last week but didn't find out til box came today.

Receipts dated 25/03/12 - the Sunday

I'm not sure that they have gone back far enough to allow these receipts to be recalculated.

I'm guessing that they didn't think the problem existed then - which is partly true -or MAYBE there is/was a 2nd almost identical issue for that day.

The reason I say this is I have checked 3 receipts for 25th

11:16 - the VAT items have the problem

12:28 - the VAT items are OK

13:17 - the VAT items have the problem

This is similar to my initial "discovery" on the 26th

I had an VAT items OK receipt at 12:30 but a dodgy one at 14:05

Anyway, best of luck

I <ahem> rechecked my receipt from 25/3 approx 11:15am and that is now showing correct prices for V items :beer:

Surprised that £100 came so quick as that didnt show as redeemed until 29th March.
