Good morning everyone where has the sun gone. i cant go out anywhere today as i am waiting for a couple of parcels and i need to get down town before thursday so that i can do my isa tried to do it online but it was not playing nice so have got to go into bank. i hate having to wait in for parcels.

@ FV - Doc is sensible - I don't go waste me energy on all those kiddie rides then go to pub & drink & drink senselessly and later on puke all over Blackpool:D also Doc can't stand those people who smoke!!! Thats why Doc cannot go anywhere with Blue except T stores - cos she smoke & drink:D. And if I go with her to Blackpool we will fall out big time cos' I'll be telling her not to SMOKE!:D and she will be telling me to pi33 off!

I have no prob' whatsoever when using Bessie pancake. I taught my DD2 how to do it & every time she make it, it comes out perfect;)

The trick is not to pour too much onto your pan - I only fill half the ladle mixture & pour & swirl it round until the mixture nearly dry up - its not a big pancake & its easier for DD2 to flip it with a spatula:cool:



I saw the £5wys£40 for T on Daily Express on another website but I daren't post it here cos' I don't want to be Quoia the 2nd & get the blame if its only an advertisement rather than the actual voucher & have to eat my word ie : give away my gift cards to you lot!:D

April is off to a good start with £50 L2S vouchers from SSM being delivered by the postman just now. That is the only L2S voucher I bagged, but I am not complaining as I have only 40 stickers.

Hope all the SSM high-earners get their rewards too :-)

Morning all....Bright sunny here but still looks chilly outside....

Postie just delievered £50 and £15 of L2S vouchers....not sure what else is remaining.

Will be taking DD to Easter activities sessions daily, thoughout vacations. and DS off for Tennis coaching.....

I used to follow the T's thread a while back tried to get back into catching up in Jan again lasted a few days but just took too much time as lots of pages to catchup on which is a shame as has lots of good tips and bargains. Like comps I used to do also but not for over a year now but once DS3 settled I am hoping to get back into again. Aesop they are good tips thou to keep up:T.

Blue we very pleased with our TL here in Newquay pretty much central:j as travelled by train few minutes walk from station, also next to town and beach plenty of PUBS and restaurants around. View from room not so great basically looking out to a concrete wall (but what wld you expect for £12 a night) DH asked this morning about changing to a sea view girl said come back and check tomorrow see what she can do well if you don't ask you won't get:D;) nowhere to put things small hanging rail with 6 hangers so living out of suitcase no hardship but it is very clean and tidy staff very helpful. Alot of hens/stagg parties etc book in at weekend so can imagine being noisy at weekends but we were here Sat even thou saw a few book in no probs with sleep and believe me I am a light sleeper would definately book again.

Hope you have a great time at Blackpool and you don't get snow:eek:

Morning all can't believe all this talk of snow, it's beautiful and sunny here today although not as warm as last week . Have started mammoth task of getting to the bottom of laundry baskets this week and sorting out next lot of baby stuff to sell on eBay on next free weekend. Also got to go to sains use the last Kleenex mocs before the offer runs out weds.
