    I do occasionally but if the document is not an actual pdf and has to be saved as one, I sometimes finds it affects the barcode, ie makes it squashed together so won't scan properly. Unless you know how to do this properly?

    DH just went for a walk he said it is lovely outside so guess he hinting at me getting up and sorted :D instead of wasting the day indoors
