Morning all,
Are you talking about the codes from Malteser packs? If so I have 3 if you would like them - just let me know and I will pm them to you.
Husband now back in S. Korea so back on diet! Have put on 5 lbs whilst he has been home but did manage to get to goal just before he came home having lost 3 stone in total. I think keeping it off is actually going to be harder than getting there in the first place because I keep thinking I can treat myself now, ie the Maltesers!
(((Hugs))) to everyone that needs them.
PM - I hope you have a fabulous day tomorrow and wish you both lots of luck and good health for the future.0 -
Thanks Doc, much appreciated!0

Just a quickie...
Thanks Blue, AH and PM for your kind thoughts. Sorry I have not posted. OH booked a late deal to Turkey. Three years on, I think he was anxious that we remember August as a month of happy memories not just sad ones. I think too that Chloe would want that. We stayed in Hisaronu, and if anyone is thinking of going it is absolutely lovely. It was 47 degrees at one point but the cooling breeze of the pine covered mountains made it bearable. I fell in love with Turkey. They are very laid back, here in Britain we are so uptight and stressy.
Our Hotel had a "wish tree" where for 1 turkish lira (about 35p) you were able to tie a ribbon on it for disadvantaged children charities. I did a lot of thinking while I was away and feel a step further towards moving on. We all placed ribbons on the wish tree and said silent prayers and I set another little piece of Chloe free whilst I was there. Baby steps...
Beth's belly has grown in the week we have been away and Barney (our dog) nearly had an orgasm when he saw OH in the early hours. lol.
Reality check! Got to get bread and milk... (Beth is hopeless! - she will have to learn). Her fiance flies out to Afghan Monday (3 Sept) and she had to open an e-bluey account for communication. Modern technology does have its advantages.
Well PM, is tomorrow your big day? I brought a little bit of sun back just for you! Enjoy! Sending you virtual hugs for a happy future x
Have only had the energy to read back a few pages and can clearly see I am missing something with Boots and tomato ketchup, lol! I don't think Ive got it in me...
Catch up soon, take care all,
Much love, Mags xLove, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x
