hi Z
yes you can use coupons on self serve but they do have set limits on them, reach the limit and SA needs to authorise the rest but thats no problem if you buy correct items
i think each supermarkets different , but they will have a set £ limit or number of coupons used
so in some ways a manned till can be easier (although may depend on SA on till as some make coupon use hard but others are lovely so find a couple of nice ones and stick to them as much as possible)thankyou for that! i shall start collecting asap :-)
do the self serve checkouts accept them? i guess it would be easier and not as obvious if you had a few to scan??0 -

Have contacted CS again tho as voucher a mess. Says £1 off Finish DW cleaner or rinse aid but in the small print says off Quantum tablets only.
Then states must be redeemed within 4 weeks of expiry date but none shown anywhere. My supers would reject this coupon instantly.
Anyone else had one accepted?
Just to update:
CS sent me a coupon today through the post for £2.00 to replace the coupon above (for reviewing the Quantum DW tablets).
The coupon was not just for Finish tho, it could also be used on Airwick, Vanish, Mr Sheen, Harpic, Dettol, Cillit Bang, Galgon or Windolene.
So if you're still having problems with the Quantum Review coupons, CS were very helpful and will replace.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

Yet another dumb question from a newbie.
The cambells soup voucher states cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. so how come i've seen some people redeem them against reduced tins? do the checkouts tend not to check the vouchers?
if you cant use them when there's a BOGOF or at a reduced price then it seems more sensible to buy value ranges.
confused!!!! :doh:Looking for a fresh start0 -
hi Z
many stores don't inforce the 'not in conjunction with any offers' bit so you can use coupons on offers
BUT
be aware that because of this wording if you purchase offer items and use coupons ,they can refuse the coupon if they so wish ( but rarely do)
hence shopping list on 1st pagesYet another dumb question from a newbie.
