also try get them to use the hand gun when scanning vouchers and its more high quality than the big ones, and can cut thought most printer errors, wilily lines blotched ink.

Thanks for that...next time I will instruct her to cover one of the barcodes....I reported this to Head Office today....she said the SA should have over ridden it if the coupon was in date etc....she also said to tell them you have been in touch with Head Office who say they must accept the coupon....
