The "Title" bit on the form didn't function properly (in IE9) at first load, but clicked "compatibility view" icon in address bar (looks like a torn rectangle :S) and all was good with it then.

you can chose to print a voucher for a free sandwich or a voucher to try the new onion and chives flavour for less not sure how much as i haven't printed yet , having a disagreement with my printer =p

sandwich coupon is more restrictive you need to meet sandwich van at 5 venues

it's fine in googlechrome. have another try today maybe there were problems yesterday.

I had that, but found if you scroll the page it appears at the top. For some reason the page loads to show the bottom of the page, which appears to be blank til you scroll.
