I can not print coupons after downloading and opening the software, can someone please direct me to the latest solution to this.
I know there are instructions at the beginning of the thread but wondering if this was the latest solution.
I am using Windows XP.
Many thanks.
What browser are you using if its IE make sure you allow it to use activex(you will get a pop up at the top about that)
If its firefox I have had less issue since recent updates so make sure its up to date. Also be patient it can take a minute or so to sort itself out.
If its chrome i havn't the foggiest:D(use ie or firefox)

The coupon is for "Buy 1 Spam product and get another Free"
but it doesn't say which one you get free - the most expensive or the cheapest0 -

Hi Chrome would not work for me so set it up on IE, allow popups for the lever site, allow active x, update everything, ensure the printer is on and connected before you start, run the setup program that loads when doing your first label and allow cookies for the site, hope this helps;)0 -

It's Firefox. I haven't managed to get them to print on at least the last two versions.
I will have a look at trying it in IE.0 -

There are different reason why it doesn't work and different solutions, the latest solution may not be the one that fits your problem.
It will help if you describe the problem a bit, any error messages you get, and also say what browser you are using and have set as your default.0 -

Just tried with IE as well, still not printing. Goes through all screens, says your coupon will print in a minute etc etc but nothing happens.
To be honest I haven't been able to print since we changed to Sky broadband a couple of years ago.
The pop up blocker is switched off, I didn't get anything about active X, could it be something to do with the McAfee settings?0 -

I bought them from Tesco yesterday to try this, but Tesco price Check claimed the Sainsburys price had been 84p. Can't argue with free though I suppose, but a profit would have been nice.0
