Hello,
We buy jars of roasted peppers from the £1 shop but the last ones went off before we had a chance to use them all up even though I kept them in the fridge. Does anyone know if it possible to freeze these? It says that they are in water on the jar.
Many thanks

Yep. If you're using them in cooking you won't notice the difference. Not sure otherwise cos we always use ours in cooking. If you lay them on a baking sheet to freeze then transfer them to a bag they'll freeze looseMrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025

Thank you both. I shall make sure they are frozen tonight then. We only do use them for cooking and so this should be OK.

Isn't this place wonderful?!
At Lidl today I saw big jars of grilled peppers, on the jar it says 'use within 3 days'. I said, don't worry, someone on mse will tell me how to freeze them:T0
