Evening folks. Just after a bit of advice please.
Our Mortgage with Northern Rock is £119,000.00 we are looking to re-mortgage but they are not offering anything at the minute.
Ideally we would love to put our £38,000 secured loan into it, which we have had for a few years. Th only issue is since 2008 we have been in a IVA.... Is anyone aware of good reputable companies who may offer a solution.
House is valued at £170,000.00
Mortgage is £690
Secured loan £520
Just to give you an idea...

LTV = Loan to Value
