                    Hello everyone:).
I have been leading up to this moment since May 2010 and along the way have received some fantastic advice and support from the lovely regulars on here, so THANKYOU:beer:!!
I have one final question (maybe I should not promise that!). DH gets paid on monday, and we go BR on tues. So we will have his entire months salary in our co-op account on the day we go BR . All direct debits and rent etc come out a couple of days after he gets paid, and then we are left with money for all other necessary expenditure, groceries etc etc.
I have seen conflicting advice as to whether I should withdraw all monies out (apart from direct debits etc) or leave it in the account. This will amount to about £750. Any suggestions as to what we should do?

Hi SG, You'll be OK to leave it as its to pay DD's and bills. When you speak to the OR at the court or a phone call later, just explain and they will ask the bank not to freeze it and they have no interest in it.
Glad you've got a date now

            Good luck for next week
I had about 850 in my account the day I went BR, but this was to cover my rent, gas and elec which was all due to come out the following day. I explained this to the OR on the phone after court and she said it was fine, they werent interested in it."If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" - quote from Bambi's mum 0 0

As IF says, your money will be fine, my wages went in our account on the actual day I went BR, told the OR in the initial phone call and they said not to worry about it. Good luck next week although you will not need it:):pB&SC No. 298
