Mortgages for Limited companies

Hi all,

This is my first post! You guys were recommended by a friend who regularly comes on here so I'm hoping someone might be able to help please.

I am looking to set up a new LTD in order to buy about 10 properties over the next 12 months at about 65% LTV. I'm fairly experienced with mortgages but I always used to use Mortgage Express. and now they aren't lending and lots of other lenders are not interested in LTDs. Please can anyone tell me some lenders that might so I can have a ring around?

Few if any BTL mortgage lenders will be interested in such a set up. From their perspective not worth the hassle of dealing with Limited Company structures. Try dealing directly with the commercial arm of a bank.

Majority of BTL lenders now have a cap on number of properties and total amount of debt.
