Any suggestions for a 3 year fixed mortgage?

Hi there. I am looking for a mortgage with a fixed rate for 3 years (perhaps 40 months if one exists). Does anyone have any suggestions for suitable deals? Just looking for some pointers so that I can go and research them more thoroughly.
