  • well i could put in £20-25k deposit if need be alternatively?
  • When you say studio flat, how many square feet are you talking?
  • well a studio flat tends to be a room around 15 x 10 ft which is your living space and bedroom as one, together with a seperate bathroom and kitchen. They are compact!

    I have arranged to go and look at the 1 Bedroom Flat tomorrow so we will see!
