boots no 17 offers

Today I bought

17 va va voom mascara (£3.14 half price)
17 oil control pressed powder (free was £3.99)
17 nail varnish revenge (free on 3 for 2 was £2.99)

So for this lot I paid £3.14 (and got £1 worth of points back). Was very pleased

The acm gave me a half price 17 va va voom mascara voucher, a free 17 oil control pressed powder voucher (when you buy any no 17 product) and I used a 100 advantage card points coupon for any 17 mascara purchase (which is at the back of the latest boots mag).
I also spent over £20 and used a 200 points voucher that the acm gave me (200 points for a spend of £20). So I got £3 worth of points back.
I am assuming the free 17 concealer is no longer on as the acm did not give me one, although very pleased with free pressed powder.

Altho at the time did not realise it was 3 for 2 on mix and match so also got a 3 for 2 on rimmel because I needed my usual eyeliner so paid £5.98 for 2 eyeliners (£2.99 each) and got a free nail varnish (also £2.99).

Sa was really lovely at my store today on the reduced section there were lots of no17 nail polishes 99p :-) also 2 old gwp(little bag with 3 full size varnishes) reduced to £1.50 :-) I got 2 vouchers from machine
£4.99 concealer + Nail varnish + old Gwp = £1.50 to pay :-):j

slightly off the no.17 but still related to boots vouchers....

today I got:

1 x Boots No.7 make up sponges £3.75
1 x Boots Natural Collection Mascara £1.99
1 x Boots Natural Collection Nail Varnish £1.79

The nail varnish went through free on 342 promotion
I had a voucher from the acm machine for £2 off any mascara or lipstick, which made the mascara free
And I also used a £5 off No7 voucher for the make up sponges.

Total to pay: ZERO

Hi Shandygirl. Thanks - hope you get the free pressed powder voucher.
Just checked and you only get the free 17 shine control pressed powder when you buy another 17 product. Sorry I don't think I made that clear before - but it's good if you are doing the 3 for 2 tho.
The £3 off a loose powder offer did not come up for me so it seems a bit pot luck. My local unfortunately does not have an advantage card machine but happened to be in a larger town today where there was one. I printed out a few of those vouchers so I can get some more...they are valid till 17th April if that helps anyone.

Men's no 7 body and hair wash (no 7 voucher)
Va va voom mascara (1/2 price when buying another no17 product voucher from AM )
No17 shine control pressed powder (Free in 342 and voucher from AM)

300 points for buying men's no7
100 points for buying 2 x no17
100 for buying a mascara

Total paid £1.15 plus received 500 points :j

I think I know where I went wrong yesterday as I got a half price Va Va Voom mascara voucher, a free pressed powder voucher when I bought any No 17 item and a £5 off No 7 product. In the 3 for 2, the till took off the lowest price which I think was the powder, so when I scanned the powder voucher it didn't work.

Ah well, I can always give it another go sometime.

I tried the following combination which didn't work either:

no7 nail varnish 7.00 (-no7 voucher)
17 shine free pressed powder 3.99
17 nail varnish 2.99

The 17 nail varnish should have been the free item and the free pressed powder voucher should have made that free, leaving £2 to pay for the no7 item.. but it wouldn't take away the pressed powder voucher this combination always worked when using the free 17 concealer voucher!

Total Paid = 3.14 +100 points

Vouchers used = 1/2 price 17 mascara, free shine control voucher and 100 points when purchasing mascara
