Nope when I had the 1 yr appointment at the JC to tell me I was now going on to the WP I was made to sign a new agreement where I had to look for work in retail as my 3rd choice job as they said 2 wasn't enough (accounts and office/admin) and then as I have no dependants was told I can't restrict the hours I wanted to work (9am to 5.30pm) but had to be available 24 hours a day. This is my new agreement and it stands on the WP.

Hmmm do you have to sign it then ?

i thought you don't have to sign anything on the WP because of some data protection thing? or is that something else?

It was not at the WP, was it? It is at the JC.

The 'thing' you are talking about is the form the WP give you to sign in order for them to send your info to employers.

The agreement you sign with the JC to say what work you are looking for, what salary, hours etc and what they expect you to do each week?
