By the CCCS that bankruptcy is my most advisable course of action. I really didn't expect them to say that, I thought theyt'd suggest DMP. But I suppose considering my circumstances it is inevitable. They said the length of time the plan would need to be over considering my surplus would be seen as unreasonable.

I just feel a bit lost now. What should I do next?

I'm really anxious about how this is actually going to effect my life. I don't have a job this could effect, or own property, or any assessts. I just feel down it has come to this...:(

to be honest with no job or assetts br is probably a good option. i dont work and had no assetts either and although very scary its was/is the best thing i could have done
