Help I've Over BT'd

Just BT some cash from HBOS credit card to Virgin, howver I have BT'd £2.5K but had made a payment in between the BT being activated so I now have £2.5K owed on Virgin at 0% and a positive balance with HBOs, how do I get this money back ???
Only one Debt left and thats the Mortgage

You can either spend it by using your HBoS credit card or transfer it to another card to reduce a balance. If you decide to transfer it you might want to send an email explaining what you want to do and get them tp confirm that you will not incur any fees or charges (you should not).0

Or you could call them up and ask them to send you a cheque. I've had this problem a couple of times, and have had no problem getting a cheque sent out.0
