1. The HCC Quality Time competition (the "Competition") is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.

2. By submitting your entry to this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) or the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this Competition are not permitted to enter.

4. To enter the Competition you must answer the question shown on the EatWelshLamb.com website Competition page and submit your name, address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number.

6. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

7. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of submitting the entry is not proof of receipt.

8. The Competition commences at 12pm 5th March 2012 and closes at 23.59 on 30th April 2012 (Competition Period). Entries received after the Competition Period will not be considered.

9. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of all valid entries giving the correct answer.

10. The prize for the competition is a trip to Milan, for two people for two nights. This includes return flights from Birmingham or Gatwick to Milan, 2 nights at a 4 star hotel in a twin or double room (including breakfast) with one evening meal and wine tasting at the Cracco restaurant to a value of €360 with €175 spending money ("the Prize"). The Prize is provided subject to the following terms and conditions:

a. The Winner and their guest must be over the age of 18.
b. Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room.
c. All flights are non changeable and non transferable. Winners are able to extend their trip at their own expense.
d. The Winners and their guest each need to have a full passport, valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel.
e. Specified accommodation, restaurants and tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependant on availability. Individual supplier terms and conditions apply.
f. The meal is at Cracco restaurant and includes a set meal for two with wine
tasting to the value of 360 euros.
g. Flights are from Birmingham or Gatwick airport using a budget carrier airline, standard class and to a maximum value of £250 per couple including tax. Transfers to / from the chosen airport are not included.
h. Passport control and in-country authorities will reserve the right to refuse entry. If you are refused passage and or entry/exit to or from the country being visited, any additional costs incurred will be your sole responsibility.
i. Any flights, other transport, airport details, accommodation or other aspects of the Prize, dates and times quoted by HCC or its agents are for guidance only and are subject to change without notice with no liability arising. You must have sufficient financial resources to meet any financial commitment which you may incur in connection with the Prize beyond those included in the Prize itself (including, without limitation, transfers to and from Gatwick/Birmingham airport, meals and drinks).
j. You must comply with and are responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations or visa requirements required for your destination.
k. The costs of any additional services, food, travel, transfers, insurance or beverages incurred during the prize weekend that are not expressly included in these terms and conditions as forming part of the prize are the responsibility of the prize winner.
l. Date restrictions - The prize must be taken between 1st May and 30th November 2012. Other dates subject to availability of flights and hotel.

11. The winners will be notified by phone or email on or before 1st May 2012 and given details of how to claim their prize. Please ensure that you set your spam filter so that it does not catch emails from welshlamb@golleyslater.co.uk. If a winner does not respond to HCC within 7 days of being notified by HCC, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and HCC shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the phone call or email from HCC within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and HCC shall be entitled to select another winner.

12. Details of the winners’ names and counties of residence can be obtained in the three month period following 1st May by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: HCC, Ty Rheidol, Parc Merlin, LlanbadarnFawr, Aberystywth, SY23 3FF

13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

14. HCC retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

15. The winner and their guest may be required to participate in promotional activity free of charge.

16. No purchase necessary. Internet access required.

17. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of HCC for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

18. HCC accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants, winners of their guests as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.

19. HCC reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud computer virus, network failure, or other ethical failures affecting the integrity of the Competition). The decision of HCC in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
