Holiday Heaven or Hell

Recently had dealings with a company calling themselves Incentive Leisure group, AKA Time Links / DWVC. They buy your time shares and allegedly release you from heavy maintenance fees but still giving the same advantages of the time share system. They say they are ABTA and IATA bonded which we have found to be falsle represention. Anyone had similar dealings?

Unlike my usual self I have just been fooled by DWVC into giving them a significant deposit for their Holiday Club, more stupidly, I signed a note stating that I was aware that there would be no cooling off period.
I believe that I was misled during the presentaion but cannot find anything written down that backs up their claims. What they did was the magicians trick of focusing my mind on one thing while telling me something else.

I need to know if 1. What are the chances of cancelling and getting away with not shelling out all my savings. 2. What are the chances of getting my deposit back? 3. Does anyone know a good solicitor of com[pany that can help.

I am usually quite good at these and am gutted that I fell for it.

I was tricked by the same group. Contacted by Idylic Water, sold a vacation club by Incentive Leisure run by DWVC who are a marketer for TimeLinks (as far as i can tell). Stay away, no mater what your thoughts unless you can get a personal recommendation. I have just found out that I was lied to and am trying to get out of contract - but need help.
