My daughter has had loads of problems with bank charges ,which thanks to this website,may be recovered,but a couple of years ago she bought a brand new car ,using their finance company,and even they have been imposing charges on her ,for stupid things like a payment received two days late etc. ,some times her bank has caused the problems can she claim back these charges too??????

what i am really asking is,can i claim money back from a car finance company,for adding charges to the payments,as you can claim charges from a bank??????
