    Reads to me like:

    MPs demand poor people only borrow from respectable institutions who refuse to lend to them.
  • Or get mightily screwed by Pseudo-Banks like these.
    Seems like we are being given no choice as the Banks refuse to lend to us-unless we are lucky.
