Uni drop out

Hello
I'm hoping some kind person might help me put my reasons for dropping out into words for an application I'm completing. I succesfully completed my first two years at University however in my final year I was hospitalised several times.
I tried to go back the next year but was readmitted to hospital with the same problem on multiple occasions and missed too much to catch up.
Then once my health problems were resolved I was needed at home as my father suffered a spinal injury and was in hospital for five months. I now have used up all my funding and can not go back.
Would that be alright or do I need to put more or less information.
Thanks

Have your health problems been totally resolved? If so I would probably put less, stating that you were unable to complete due to short-term health problems that have been fully resolved, and funding issues.
Also, mention what grades you were getting - on track for 2:1? Directly mentioning the amount of time you spent in hospital may make them concerned about future illness and mentioning your dad would unfortunately start them thinking about time off in the future for dependant related issues.
You can of course mention more in any interview if you feel it is appropriate.
Would you be interested in completing your degree part time distance learning whilst working if your job and pay allowed, as this may show you are keen to 'better yourself' and would make it easier to get another job in the future?0 -
Yes they've found a treatment that works for me it keeps my kidneys from going on strike. I want to be honest but I'm scared my previous health problems will make them throw my form in the bin.0
