it does seem cheap0 -
Came across this post, I have recently had dealings with this company as I wished to replace my TV. Their price was the cheapest I could find, I placed my order on a Friday and the new TV was delivered on the Monday. I have since bought a DVD recorder with the same service. Highly recommended.:j0

Might be a coincidence, but i managed to find a reply to an unfavourable review for this webseller from Knightrideruk speaking as an employee of the company and now the same username seems to be passing themselves off as a customer. As I say, it may be a coincidence but im very sceptical, so for this sole reason alone, i havent placed an order with them and would recommend buyer beware.0

I want to say thanks to all members who caught this nutter out since me and my wife left a bad review on this company pathetic as it may sound it’s like they are there it’s sad but comical!!
It appears that when cheapelectriclas.co.uk receive any negative reviews from customers there strangely always lots of anonymous positive reviews appearing over the net as it’s there sad ways of trying to convince people they are the company to buy form.
We have uploaded pictures of the TV we bought from them on the complaints board website
This will allow honest people to make their own mind up if it’s worth paying £693 for a TV that was unfit for market purposes!

Cannot recommend this company’s customer service highly enough.
I purchased a Sharp microwave oven from Cheapelectricals a couple of weeks ago.
On Monday a part of the door catch snapped off as I was closing it (probably faulty – but nothing to do with Cheapelectricals.)
I contacted sales dept.by e-mail on Tuesday, they got back to me immediately saying that they would arrange for delivery of a new replacement oven the next day and collect the damaged one.
I explained that I didn’t have the original packaging – they replied that when the new one arrived I could use the packaging from it to return the damaged one, and they would arrange to collect it.
The new one arrived today as promised. I have re-packaged the old one, informed, them, and they have arranged a collection for tomorrow.
What more could you ask for.
A special mention for Sam at Cheapelectricals who kept me informed all the way.0
