I bought it last week because kept using my expensive butter and thought I'd give it a try. Used it for both Jam tarts and fairy cakes, the pastry came out lovely and the fairy cakes tasted as good as usual.Trying to be money neutral for christmas0

I've never noticed it before, I usually use Stork. Is it similar and cheaper? Will give it a go next time if it is.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0

I used it in devils food cake (nigella recipe) and it was fab. Then last week discovered my friend has been using it in her buttercream. I was innitially horrified then realised I'd been spending a year wondering why her cupcake looked and tasted better.
I usually use flora buttery on offer for £1 in cakes or stork at a push. Only use butter in butter cream but no longer...0
