I don't post in this part very often lol, but need some help! I really really want to walk down the aisle to the version of groovy kind of love that was at Chandler and Monica's wedding in Friends, but cannot find it anywhere (it was a live version on the show as they had a string quartet I think?!) Does anyone know of one similar? Have googled but can't find what I want lol. TIA xx

Not sure if this a suitable version or the correct song, I can't play the clips at work.

The String Quartert and FourPlay Strings are two bands I'm aware of that cover more modern songs so could be worth a try. Also have you tried listening to the 3rd movement on Clementi's Sonatina in G Major - that's the classical song that 'groovy kind of love' is loosely based on and the version on the Friends episode sounded a lot like it. Hope you find something x0

Have you googled the episode as it should be credited on that? Then at least if it is a specific band you could contact them to see if they did a recording?Married the lovely Mr P 28th April 2012. Little P born 29th Jan 20140
