Help! Provident and logbook loans

Hi I'm worried about posting as I do not want to be judged or people to be nasty to me but I need to share my worries. I cannot take the stress anymore.
I am married and have 2 children. We have a provident loan and a logbook loan. I work part time and my husband looks after the children as I can earn more money.
At the moment we have a summons for the council tax. The provident lady is calling tomorrow and is being paid £80. I don't want her to be paid as I feel the council tax is a priority. My husband has the provident in his name but he wants her paid. We have no money for gas or electric which will run out soon too. I get some money paid tomorrow, child benefit but have to pay sky as they have cut off our tv until we pay it. I'm in such a mess. I also cannot manage my budget as I get money at all different times of the week ie. monthly, 4 weekly, weekly etc and it's hard to manage.
Any help or tips appreciated. I am trying so hard.
Thank you.

To answer your question, I would suggest that your council tax is a priority debt and you should pay this first. Regarding Sky etc, I suggest you post your SOA (there is a link in the top posts on the forum) and let all the contributors on here make sensible suggestions and tips as to how to best manage your debt. If you don't feel confident enough to do that though, just keep asking away, anything you want and everyone will do what they can to help.LBM August 2011.
