    Just wondering if you've received your personalised shampoo yet? I won one too and have chased it up quite a few times as it's still not arrived :mad:. Keep getting told it will be sent out soon but have had no reply to my last email. I know it's only a bottle of shampoo but still....I won it so they should send it out:(

    No, I never received mine. I didn't chase it as it's only a little prize, but I do think they are naughty.

    It is the only prize that I have not received since I started comping.

    Hi Vicki - we got in touch with the providers of this competition yesterday about this and they informed us the bottles will be sent in the next week. Please do tell us if you have still not received yours though!

    Yeah I finally got mine on Thursday, 3 1/2 months after winning but at least it arrived in the end :)
