Advice needed on prize

Hi I just need a bit of advice please, sorry its in the wrong place but did not seem to fit anywhere else. I was lucky enough to win this https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3606553 back in November, thanks again twotimes. I have had to chase every part of the prize so far, being emailed numerous times from different people, but didn't mind that too much. I would just like to know how often you email to chase up a prize, I don't want to be a nuisance and email too often but I have still not heard anything about my cheque and not had confirmation on the hotel date.
I am not worried I will not get it as im sure I will eventually but I have to book the train tickets to London and a hotel in London for the night before, and the longer I leave it the dearer they are going to be. What would you do ?

I would email whoever has been the most helpful so far with your concerns, getting them to pass on your details to the correct person or contact by phone clearly setting out what you have won. I am sure they will be able to assist and don't worry about hassling them. Enjoy that great trip.

definatly chase them up on this ring/email anyone to do with the company and if not you could always contact the competiton watch dog people as they have lied if they dont give you your full prize but i find some companies take ages to deliever prizes and others dont it just depends (some times it states in the comp terms that certain prizes will be delievered at different times) hope you recieve it soon though! (sorry for rubbish spelling i do try my best :L )
