    Hello everyone.
    Thanks again for the advise.
    Since i last posted Lowell have been sorted.
    Four accounts are getting a £1 a month. They dont like it! But i dont give a dam!! lol :)

    womble _lancs, They are a bunch of (insert your own insult here!) lol
    I will only talk to them via letters or email now.

    Your emails are inspiring please keep us up to date. I am also going through the mill with Lowells, but my approach is the opposite to yours. I answer very sofly with sentences like 'oh dear thats sad'. and 'yes I can see how annoying that is' The bloke at the other end gets more and more mad at me because of my gentility with him (i am a bloke by the way).
    In the end he slams down the phone. ha ha
