• There will be 1 winner of the prize of a pair of flights to Paris from any direct Flybe airport. The winner will be selected by Café Rouge.
• The competition will run until 12 noon Saturday 23rd March 2012. The winner will be selected on Wednesday 4th April 2012, and announced by 3 pm on the Facebook page and Café Rouge’s website.
• The winner of the competition will be contacted by email for the prize to be delivered. If Café Rouge does not receive acknowledgement from the selected winner by 6 pm on April 10th 2012, another winner will be selected and notified by the same method as stated above.
• Entrants must be aged over 18 and reside in the UK at the time of entry. This competition is not open to employees of Café Rouge, Tragus, Flybe and their immediate families, agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. The selected winner must provide full name, address and relevant contact information.
• To be entered into the competition, entrants must fill up the form they will find in Café Rouge’s Facebook page app or in Café Rouge’s website with their contact details. Café Rouge will select one winner at random.
• The prize will consist of a pair of flights to Paris from any direct Flybe airport in the UK. The winner will receive a voucher for this that is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Café Rouge and Flybe are not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, destroyed or defaced vouchers. Flights can only be taken on Flybe scheduled services, this excludes any codeshare or franchise services. Flights must be pre-booked with Flybe at least 14 days notice must be given when booking. Tickets are strictly subject to availability. All routes between 19 December and 6 January and during all other Bank Holiday and peak travel times are subject to availability. The pair of flights must be taken simultaneously and cannot be used on separate dates.
• The decision on the competition winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning any such decision. The prize is not transferable to any other person, or transferable for a cash equivalent.
• By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and confirm they are happy for any visual content produced by Café Rouge, (of the winning entrant or any of their friends) to be used in any subsequent promotional material.
• Café Rouge shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited, to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. Café Rouge reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without notice. No purchase necessary to enter. Entrants acknowledge that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. To the furthest extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook from any liability associated with the competition. This competition is governed by English law.
