HI, can anyone please advise on the following; my husband and i have recently separated and before this he took out an unsecured loan of £8,000 and has only paid of two payments up to press can anything be done to me if he faults on payments even though i did not sign anything,i also think he is moving abroad with his flewsey but he wont let me know or try and find anything out.

If the loan is in his name then it is his debt.
If you had a joint account and the repayment came from this account you need to open a new account for yourself and tell bank that there is a dispute between you and that account should be blocked.0
