Agency worker- Not accepting Limited status AT ALL

Going Ltd means you will also have to pay an extra £1000-odd a year for an accountant to process your return (unless you want to try doing it yourself - but it can be quite complex). And remember as mentioned above, IR35 is likely to trip you up anyway.0

Actually in some (but not all) ways I'm with the OP on this one. The people saying that the employment falls foul of IR35 are probably right, but that's no reason to prevent it being done by a limited company. All it means is that the limited company has to abide by IR35, paying via PAYE rather than using dividends.
Whether this results in a higher take home pay completely depends on the amount that the agency would pay to the limited company compared to what they pay direct having operated PAYE themselves. Obviously the expenses incurred running a limited company, as mentioned by paddyrg, also have to be taken into account. In this case I'm doubtful whether any additional income gained would be worth the hassle of running the company.0 -

They aren't taking your money - they are paid by their client to provide a service (you) and then they pay you. They give you money.
As with any job if you don't like what you are being paid then you either negotiate or get another job.
You don't have a right to dictate how you are paid by any employer, agency or not.0
