tesco changing refund policy next week

i was told today by customer services at a tesco store that they are changing their policy that if you are overcharged you get the item free, to just getting back the amount you were overcharged back. I was lucky today, got charged twice for a t shirt and it happened to be an expensive one at that £14!!! i'm glad i got one last freebie in!!!

I think the new policy is starting next Monday (26th) and will be 'double the difference'.
So, if you were double charged for an item it would, if fact, end up free even under the new policy.0 -
