Looking for some spray grease that would be suitable to lubricate the front suspension forks of my mountain bike, any suggestions where i might get some, how much I would be looking at and what might be a suitable type?
I've got standard spring based forks, nothing fancy like pressurised ones that need a fork pump or anything...
They've seized up in the recent wet weather (or rather I spend more time in the puddle and mud than out of them), the last time they needed emptying of water and crap and regreasing.

Suggest that you use WD40 or similar to free themn up and then perhaps use Silicone SPray or PTFE lubricant to keep them water resistant and clean. All avaliable from screwfix...
