Can anyone help me please, there seems to be lots of replies, but then everyone started talking about Halifax mortgage rates.
If anyone knows I would be very grateful?
Many Thanks0 -
Take a copy of your credit report to a broker, they will let you know if you have a decent chance of getting a mortgage. Nobody can say for sure whether you will get accepted or not.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks for your reply, I am very grateful.
Do you think it is worth doing that though, have you ever helped anyone with adverse data, I see people with defaults and often think my missed payments are not as bad as that? or is that not true?
Thanks Again.0
