White Stuff ‘Classic Cottages’ competition
These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and White Stuff of Canterbury Court, Kennington Park, 1-3 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6DE.
ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to residents in the UK. You have to be over 18 to enter the competition.
The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Employees of White Stuff, its respective subsidiaries and associated companies including the prize supplier if applicable
• Immediate family members of White Stuff employees or members of their household
White Stuff assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.
HOW TO ENTER
Entries are to be made online only at the competitions page: http://www.whitestuff.com/competitions
To enter the competition, visit the White Stuff website and follow the instructions or follow the link from the weekly White Stuff emailer (subscribers only).
To enter you must complete all information fields and pick the multiple choice answer which you think is correct.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens at 00:01am on 22 February 2012 and closes at midnight on 22 March 2012.
Only Entries received by White Stuff after the opening date and before the closing date will be included in the prize draw.
PRIZE
There is one (1) prize consisting of a £750 voucher towards a holiday in a Classic Cottage. The holiday must be taken by 31 December 2012 and is subject to availability.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative.
SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct answers no later than 30 March 2012.
If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to ‘Those Lovely Marketing Girls and Boys’ at the address set out above.
GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

• One (1) photo of your nominated UHT (Udderly Hot Totty)
• Up to fifty (50) words on why you are nominating your UHT
• The name and occupation of your nominated UHT
• Confirmation that your UHT is over 18 and is happy to take part in the competition and is available for the photo shoot (see below for more details)
• Your name, phone number and email address (so we can contact you to let you know if your UHT has been shortlisted!)

You can enter the competition two ways:

• Upload your entry on the competition webpage – www.whitestuff.com/uht

ENTRY CONDITIONS

Your nominated UHT must be over 18 or will not be eligible for the competition.

You must have permission from your nominated UHT to enter them in the competition.

They must be happy to take part in a one-day, tongue-in-cheek ‘calendar girl style’ photo shoot in London on Thursday 8th March 2012.

They must agree for one of their chosen photos to be included on a charity calendar sold in White Stuff shops and online during 2012.

No discrimination will be made based on race or religion.

Entries that are not submitted via the two entry channels above (email or website) will not be included.

Photos submitted via email should be no bigger than 3MB in size.

We may post your Entry on our website and social media sites. We will do our best to keep the colour the same but some variations may occur in accordance with the settings of the computer hardware or software.

By entering the competition you agree that:

• White Stuff has the right to modify, crop or alter your entry to include in a future edition of the White Stuff Magalogue or online
• You shall not assert any moral rights against White Stuff and/or its affiliates
• You have the necessary permissions to enter the competition
• The entry is not defamatory or offensive
• The entry does not infringe any law or any third party rights, for example: any trade mark or copyright or otherwise violates anyone’s right of privacy or publicity

You should not provide any materials or information that you do not want published online or included in a future White Stuff Magalogue.

• Travel costs for the UHT to attend a one-day photo shoot in London
• Full-day photo shoot in London including lunch
• One (1) copy each of the final calendar

All eligible entries will be shortlisted by White Stuff after the competition closing date.

Thirty (30) entries will then be shortlisted and put to a public vote on the White Stuff website between 17 February 2012 and 24 February 2012.

The twelve (12) shortlisted entries that gain the most public votes during the voting period will the final winners.

We will notify the winners by email and/or telephone and confirmation will follow in the mail within three (3) business days of such notification date.

If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within two (2) business days of the end of the voting period, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
