Feeling sick is quite normal when you're in severe pain. Doubtful if it is worth going to hospital and from much personal experience, even a visit to the doctor won't be very productive.
Is pain in lower or upper back? Can you stand or walk OK?If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
I posted on FB asking when I fell from a horse and gave myself concussion and thought I'd broken my hip lol had nobody else to ask and didn't want to call an ambulance. x0
