'you must wait 30 second between posts'

i keep getting this even though ive only hit 'post' once. and my post has appeared. it seems the site thinks i want to make a multiple reply of the same words.

I've had that also, and now I've got wise to it I open another window and ensure my post has gone through, then escape out of the original one.

It appears to all be part of the big glitch (sorry, minor glitch ).

I've been getting this a lot too.
same with search new posts. although I hit it once I get message which says you must wait X seconds between posts....

Often recently when I hit the Submit Reply button I get the minor glitch message or a cannot connect message or an invalid link message and I curse myself for not having saved the text. Not always but more often than not I am able to recover the text by hitting the Back button when I am on my own home computer, but never when I am on any other computer.
