tesco-refund on £1.24

hi there, placed an order with tesco direct. one item missing, so getting refund of £1.25. however, that places my order below the £50 qualifying spend for my extra 500 points. will i lose them? asked tesco woman on phone, she said she didnt think so, but couldnt be sure! anyone had this before?

i doubt you will lose them. I cancelled my wine order last year & was still credited with the 1500 extra points.

If you dont get the points ring them up after the delivery & explain hopefully they will add them on as a good will gesture

I've had refunds before when it's dropped below the minimum spend for voucher & always had points credited.

Hi There, I rang them about this recently and the person told me that even if your order dropped by £10 or £20 or more it would make no difference as it was not your fault so you will not lose points.....phew!

thanks guys - with saving the points for trip to florida next year, i need all the extra ones i can get!!!
