Is everyone getting this delivered to store to avoid postage? So getting 4 products instead of 2? Can I return two if I don't want to keep them?Pink is so not my colour :undecided0

Boots don't do returns of make up so I would have thought if people want to avoid the delivery charge to store they would have to buy something that isn't on their no returns policy . Silly I think as most of the items will be sealed so can't see the risk myself. How can you tamper with a nail polish I wonder. Thought this would be instore as well so did not avail myself of it when bought some sanctuary stuff this week.Is everyone getting this delivered to store to avoid postage? I'm not sure I want to trawl through the Boots website but do you have a suggestion of what could make up the other £10?Pink is so not my colour :undecided0 -
It seems they have different returns policies for boots.com
Our returns policy
You can return any unwanted items free of charge within 28 days for a refund or replacement. Unfortunately we aren't able to exchange items. Any Advantage Card points earned against any item(s) you return for a refund will be removed in accordance with the Advantage Card terms and conditions. Health and fitness equipment will only be accepted if unassembled, complete and boxed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I return an item?
Option 1: Return free by post
To return items purchased on Boots.com you need to complete the returns form on the back of your paperwork. Use the pre-paid returns label and take it to the Post Office.
If you need another copy of the returns note please click here.
If you ordered heavy or large items, you should contact our Customer Care team for assistance, see the 'Contact us' section of the site for more details.
Option 2: Return to your local store
You can return your items to any Boots store, please take your order paperwork to help our store team process your return. If you paid in-store also take in your till receipt. Please note that items despatched direct from the supplier cannot be taken back to store (see information below - Returning an item despatched direct from the supplier) seems from their website that boots.com orders have a different policy .
Sorry I was just quoting the endless excuses I have had in-store.
Probably best to return in-store straight away then they have no excuse to quote their in-store policy at you until you give in.
Let us know how you get on. I don't want to pay for postage again if can help it.I'm not sure I want to trawl through the Boots website but do you have a suggestion of what could make up the other £10?0 -
Things are not going so well for me on this, I went to collect my order on Friday and the store was shut for lunch, went back today and they don't even have it. After I waited 20 minutes for the assistant to phone other local stores/the depot/customer services it turns out they don't know where it ended up but can send replacement, only problem is now something is out of stock. Am awaiting Boots CS phoning me to let me know what!0
