iPoints = no point

i joined ipoints online reward scheme in the summer of 2006 and slowly built up my points filling out surveys, shopping with their affiliates and clicking anywhere they asked me to. By November I finally had accumulated enough points for a CD, I applied for a CD through CD 101 ( the company they use) and after 3 months of emails I wasfinaly told that CD101 is enable to fulfill the order because the item is out of stock and iPoints agreed to refund my points which (with other points I had since accrued) I decided to get a DVD using another of their affiliates - sendit.com after waiting a month I contacted iPoints again to be told "we are sorry but we are having some problems with that company).
I have iPoints to be totally re-active and not pro-active, they and their afililates are incompetent, I will not be using there service once I have my item and will also be contacting their affilliates with a copy of this document.
On the other hand I would like to congratulate Pigsback as I have been with them for the same amount of time, have made 3 claims and received them within days.
I would be interested to hear from anyone who have negative or positive with iPoints.

They accused me of refering 'friends' to enable me to get more Ipoints than I was entitled - complete baloney but they will not answer my queries anymore. All points raised by me are struck off their help system without comment.
I also have orders which they have not fulfiled but as I no longer use them they can get stuffed.0 -
